She took part in the launch of such projects as: FC "Zenit" Base Camp, the" Trinity Place" business center, the "Zeppelin" business center, the "Peterland" shopping center, the "Peter Raduga" shopping center and many other.
Andrey is a subject specialist specializing in the geographic growth of the company. He is a supporter of the digitalization of the FM industry and is an active participant and organizer of business tours dedicated to the introduction of technologies in FM. Significant projects where Andrey has been managing cleaning services providing include a number of A class business centers such as — "Vivaldi Plaza", "Light House" and "ICube".

Marina is an experienced procurement specialist with the 8 years background in this sector. She is specializing in building of the supply structure from scratch. During her activity within our company, she initiated a revision of the suppliers’ base in accordance with the priority supply needs of the company and introduced a unified ordering and procurement system. Since 2016, she has been managing the procurement process for all facilities needs including all DAKO presence regions. She also manages the full cycle supply chain — from the order receipt to the moment of final delivery. Among other responsibilities, she is in charge of organizing of the repair and maintenance process of all the equipment that is at company’s disposal. With the use of established relationships and mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers, DAKO has the opportunity to offer discounts to its partners in other regions.
She has a longstanding professional sales experience in the sector of the complex facility management service provision. Operating as a head of the commercial department, she has acquired skills of individual approach to each customer including the budgeting process and preparing of the commercial offers. Her main task is to establish long-term partnership relations with the Clients.
Since Firiuza joined our team company’s facility portfolio has been enlarged by such facilities as: “Literator”, “Aristokrat” and ”Arco Di Sole” residential compounds as well as FM Logistic center and other.
Kristina is responsible for the coordination and control of the Saint Petersburg Cleaning Service Provision Department She takes part in the process of launching of new projects as well.
