DAKO Professional Team provides services for all categories of facilities: production, office spaces, trading enterprises, hotels, sports and socially significant facility units.

The overall area of maintained facilities exceeds 5 million square meters. We provide each facility with the technological flow sheets and instructions of equipment operating. All hygiene consumables are carefully selected to meet customer’s requirements.

Managing Partner

Has been working in the cleaning industry for over 25 years. Climbed up the corporate ladder from the very bottom, a line cleaner in Poland. Together with his partners founded DAKO Professional Team in Russia in 2006. Has been the head of the company all the time.

Rafal is one of the most recognizable professionals in the industry thanks to his work experience gained in various jobs and his passion to adapt cutting-edge technologies. The principles he applies to his work, such as customer-oriented approach, honesty, striving for the best result have become the hallmark of the DAKO franchise network .

Ruslan Ilyasov
General Director

Since 2012 has been developing a customer portfolio, and for the last 5 years has also been dealing with economic efficiency of the whole company.

Personal traits of Ruslan — attention to details, economy and mathematical mindset — help to provide a high quality service at the best price. Ruslan acquired long-term planning skills due to the experience of managing our divisions in Poland. This expertise is a standard for a European business. As a result, DAKO's financial strategy is aimed at building strong partnerships with our franchisees and their clients.

Elena Dontsova
Service Director

Has 12 years of experience in management positions in the field of facilities management. Being the head of the cleaning service at Moscow Domodedovo airport, with a staff of more than two thousand employees, she raised the quality of cleaning to the highest level.

Elena was also responsible for the servicing (in terms of cleaning and additional work) of commercial real estate managed by O1 Properties, which included the White Square, Vivaldi Plaza, Lefort, Bolshevik, and Lighthouse business centers.

In the company, Elena is responsible for compliance with DAKO standards and technologies at the franchisees’ facilities, as well as for quality control of services and customer satisfaction of our franchisees.

Andrey Peregudov
Business Development Director

A professional in the development of a franchise network. Andrey promotes the digitalization of the Facility Management and is not only an active participant, but also an organizer of business tours dedicated to the implementation of technologies in FM.

Natalya Maslova
Regional Business Development Manager

Over 8 years of work in the company, Natalya has acquired unique competencies in working with clients and a wide range of knowledge in cleaning technologies. Understanding the specifics of the work helps her to estimate the cost of cleaning services as accurately as possible.

This allows us to strengthen relationships us with our key customers and offer new opportunities.

Her tasks include attracting clients for franchisees and expert evaluation of commercial offers.

With the direct participation of Natalya, our franchisees received contracts for servicing of the Veer Mall shopping center, One Trinity Place residential complex, Sokos and Radisson group hotel chains in St. Petersburg, as well as Corinthia, Domina, Wawelberg hotels.

Firiuza Simerkhanova
Regional Business Development Manager

Has many years of successful experience in selling comprehensive services for real estate facilities. During her work for the company, she gained the skills of a personal approach while working with the customers.

Firuza’s main task is concluding contracts for providing services for big facilities by our franchisees.

Since she started working for our company, the portfolio of our franchisees has been replenished with such facilities as Literator residential complex, Aristocrat residential complex, Arco Di Sole residential complex, FM Logistic logistics complex and others.

Anna Pronina
Head of HR Department

HR expert for over 9 years. Has the experience in recruiting personnel in a cleaning company with over 5,000 employees.

Anna's key competencies include the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the environment, creative thinking, belief in success and a positive attitude.

Thanks to the efficiently structured work, the management staff of the company and the line staff at the facilities of our franchisees are staffed with the necessary personnel on time.

Marina Alyabina
Procurement Director

Has been in procurement for over 8 years. Has a successful experience in building a supply structure from scratch. Initiated a review of the suppliers’ database in accordance with the selected criteria, introduced a unified ordering and procurement system. Marina is engaged in organizing purchases for all the needs of sites, in all regions of presence of the DAKO franchisees. Thanks to established relationships and mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers, DAKO franchisees have the opportunity to purchase equipment, inventory and consumables at best prices on the market.
