2018
The first facility where iQonnect from Vileda Professional was adopted. The mobile application allows you to centralize and optimize the cleaning management processes at the facilities.
2013
First hotel under our management, where the Serviator software was introduced. The system allows you to significantly minimize the time costs of working time, provides data exchange between employees. Managers have the ability to monitor employee availability and equalize tasks among the workers.
2007
Due to the properly organized cleaning process at the facility, the number of employees engaged in cleaning the hotel was three times reduced.
2019
The Beeline Tracker program was put into service at this facility. With the help of this program there is a possibility to control the effectiveness of employees involved in the process of internal cleaning.
2014
At this facility the Vileda SWEP system was brought into use as well as the separate garbage collection. The SVEP system allowed to increase labor productivity up to 40%.
2016
The largest NOKIAN TYRES brand factory in the world was accepted into service by our company.
2006
The flat mop system accompanied by the vertical spin system from Vileda Professional is successfully used at this facility.
This method not only increases the productivity of the cleaner, but also reduces the cleaning time: the floor dries out 2 times faster. The treated area can be cleaned again after a short time.
2019
Here the “City Monitoring” program was implemented which allows to track the movement of equipment across the territory of the apartment complex and monitor its operational efficiency.
2018
The SWEP system from Vileda was applied here as well. This system allowed to increased the rate and quality of the cleaning process at the same time to reduce labor costs. Suitable professional detergents helped to neutralize greasy contaminations. Properly equipped floor scrubbing machines also had their effect.
